Emergency Team Meeting 紧急会议 Confirm roles, problem statement, and SDG. Use the Announce tab agenda.

Watch Workshops (Gemini AI + Google Cloud) Essential for "Google Technology" evaluation points. Take notes.

Lock Problem Statement & Target Audience 策略：解决学生/校园问题 → 方便快速收集 Feedback (mandatory section)。

Initialize GitHub Repo & Firebase Project GitHub repo link is required for submission. Set up Firebase Auth + Firestore.

Phase 2

Build MVP 开发

Feb 16 – 22 (7 days)

Build "Happy Path" UI (Flutter) Only screens shown in demo: Login → Input → AI Process → Result. No extras.

Connect Gemini API (Live Calls) ⚠️ MUST be real API calls. Hardcoded / fake responses = disqualification.

Firebase Auth + Firestore Integration User login flow + store/retrieve data. This proves "Google Dev Tool" usage.

Internal Testing (Team Walkthrough) Record bugs. Entire team tests the full flow end-to-end.

Get 3+ User Feedback (Outside Team) 🔴 MANDATORY. Interview classmates / friends. Record their quotes.

Phase 3

Polish & Submit 收尾提交

Feb 23 – 28 (6 days)

Iterate Based on Feedback Change at least ONE feature based on user feedback. Document the change.

Record 5-Min Demo Video Follow the Video Planner tab script. Penalty: -1 mark per 30s over 5 min.

Upload Video (YouTube Unlisted) Get the YouTube link ready for submission form.

Complete Submission Form Use the Submission Draft tab content. Copy-paste into the official form.

Final Review & Submit 🎉 Double-check everything. Hit submit BEFORE Feb 28, 11:59 PM.
